Enlarged left testis with evidence of heterogeneous intensity lesion measuring 4.0x 3.3 cms in size is seen in the left testis with predominant solid component and multiple small cystic areas within. The lesion hyperintense on t2 and hypointense on t1. The lesion is seen extending up to the periphery testis with probable involvement of tunica - possibility of nonseminomatous germ cel tumour (nsgct) kindly let me know my exact problem please doctor.
