My question is related to urologist. On 10th June, 2017 I got a USG done for whole abdomen. In USG report a lesion of 6 x 6 mm was seen on the wall of my urinary bladder. I got a CT -Scan done after 7 days to ensure this but in the CT-Scan the urinary bladder was clear as no lesion could be found. There after I had to go for 3 USGs in between a year for my digestion problem in all the USGs report "No lesion was seen. Unfortunately only on 10th July, 2018 I had to go for a USG for whole abdomen where the Lesion was found but its size was described to only 5.8 x 4.9 mm (less than the earlier one found a year back). My question is this as to why this lesion could not be seen during other USGs and CT Scan conducted after the first USG and secondly as per latest report it is diminishing in size. I don't have any urine problem of any sort all my reports of urine are also clear. So under the circumstances do I have any need of cystoscopy to remove this small lesion or may I wait and watch to check its growth to take a decision for going to cystoscopy? Please advice. Thanks.
