You appear to be having normal sleep pattern. The lucid dreams you describe, are dreams during the last phase of REM, or rapid eye movement sleep. You are likely to come out of sleep with the slightest of distraction during this phase. You need not worry. You don't need any intervention at present. Good luck.

Dear user. You should learn about dreams first. Dream comes when you are not sleeping sound. Dream comes in the initial stages of your sleep and at the end stages of your sleep when your sleep is not so deep. You could get dreams when you are dozing or napping because these are not deep sleep. The more you worry about dreams, the more you are going to be anxious. Dreams has nothing to do with past, present or future. Ignore the dreams. Take care.

Many times dreams are about unresolved issues that are buried in the unconscious and will continue to recur unless you bring closure to the problems. You can write down your dreams and meet a counselor and sort out the same in therapy. The reason that they have started occurring in the last two weeks is that some event/stress has either lowered your defense mechanisms or is coming up now because they are seeking a resolution. You could also sleep on your left ear and then you will seek a remarka...more

If you are loving this girl out of pity and want her because you feel so sorry for her, then that is not a good reason to continue with her. If she misses her mother, she can meet with a counselor and get a lot of help to sort out her issues. You will also need to attend to your anger issues with a counselor. Do not worry about your parents as yet, because you are too young to marry and you will have to do a lot of things to become settled in your job etc. Having a girlfriend is not wrong, and e...more

Its normal and you need not worry. Make a habit of making things easy and develop focus on important aspects of your life. Do not waste time on worrying about petty things. In the long run you will realize that many things which happen in life are just a passing event and do not impact you at all.

You should be fine. The jerks are called myoclonic jerks and occur in normal people, more so as you become conscious of them. So nothing to worry about.
Bad dreams, crying, loss of concentration, restlessness are all features of stress(anxiety). You tend to get angry over small things when you are in stress. All that you require is to learn to relax. If you have any problem talk about it to a person you trust. You can try meditation to get over your worrying habit.
