Hi
do not worry. He lost his milk teeth and permanent teeth will erupt around 6-7 years of age. If you are sure that all 4 teeth got completely lost without any piece remaining in his bone then either you can wait for 2-3 years for permanent teeth to erupt or can go to dentist for temporary replacement options for lost teeth. Take care.

Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. T...more

Hii. Yes you need to visit clinic. Because once the tooth fells down it won't grow again. You need a prosthetic tooth to restore it. Take care.

Do you feel any numbness on half of your lower your lip as well? Was the numbness worst initially and has gotten better or is it the same since then? Do you have no sensation at all? Do you have similar sensations at your extremities as in your feet legs or hands? Or only your tongue? The nerve heals the slowest in case of damge. Generally a nerve damage can take up to a year to recover and regain its sensation.

The fact is that smoking does interfere with healing. But. As you did not mention or report any trouble or complications after tooth extraction!.
First, if you really followed the instructions and did restrict and did not smoke for these 5 days. I really feel and do not imagine any good reason as to why you posted such question. After all, it is a matter of another more hours.
Second, if you were not following your operator's instructions, then you might as well should know all other det...more

The purpose of tooth filling is to fill up any kind of cavity. So yes filling is safe even for a severely decayed tooth. But if the cavity reaches the pulp chamber the treatment modality will change, at that moment root canal treatment is done.
