I have got impacted wisdom tooth extraction on 2nd october 2020 almost six months were passed but my left half part of the tongue is still feeling tight I am feeling very uncomfortable because of this please let me know he how many more months will it take to subside or it is a sign of permanent lingual nerve damage.
