Yes it might be due to head lice.
Or it may be due to some other acute underlying infections in other part of head & neck.
First you get rid of these lice by applying the anti-lice medicines in the nearby medical store.

Axillary lymph node enlargement should be investigated. Take a course of antibiotic under the supervision of a doctor to exclude inflammatory reason. If it is not responding to antibiotics, a biopsy has to be taken. Breast cancer will have lump in breast, nipple retraction, and nipple discharge. You have no reason to worry about it. Small cyst of ovary is not a matter of concern.
