The plaster has to be kept for 4- 6 weeks without removing it. And also if it pains still then it is advised not to move putting weight on the injured ankle. You should use mcr chappals and also pop cast shoes which will help you not to weight bear on the injured ankle. You can also try ankle brace. rest. Stay off your ankle or leg until you can get to the doctor or until the swelling goes away.

Hot water fermentation will help and that can be done by immersing the foot in hot water. Wear mcr chappal for ankle pain. For flat foot the slippers has to be customized so that the medical arch support is provided for you to feel better.
