For this you need to strengthen your muscles. This can be done in gym. You should join a gym for weight training. Do it 2-3 times a week with at least 48 hours in between 2 sessions. Other days you can do cardio exercises like yoga, cycling, swimming etc. For further details you can consult me.

stand away from a wall and put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

It could be due to sprain Ankle
1. Apply ice pack if there is swelling
2.Apply volini gel twice daily
3.Apply crepe bandage
4. Take crocin Advance one tablet as and when required after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily if there is pain
5.Take rest
6.If no relief take x Ray of ankle and consult orthopedic specialist
7. Consult doctor for further advice.
