Yes, angiograpgy cetainly can be done if kiney functions are normal. But the point is whether its necessary. Because the result is going to be same. But yes interpretation and advice may change. Instead of repeating the angiogram unless its of poor quality, you can show the angio cd to another cardiologist and have second openion.

Angioplasty means opening and clearing of blocks in the blood vessel supplying blood to the heart, as blood supply to the heart will improve by doing angioplasty, heart functioning will become better. This is the only solution and answer to your query.

Please follow the doctor and trust him for open heart surgery as beyond 2 blockages , stents ,more than 2 are not helpful in the long run. Number of stents and procedure depend upon the site and extent of the block, it should assessed by an interventional cardiologist.
