Pulses, Sprouts, soups, etc...
And if at all required take Amway all plant protein.. it is safe and with highest effect...

Each time you exercise(weight training) you are breaking down the muscle (at a microscopic level). Whey protein helps to rebuild the muscle and increase muscle size. In addition it also helps to satisfy the calorific requirement of the body which otherwise would have been met by carbs or fat. So it also helps in fat loss indirectly.

U can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do.
2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U can eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mea...more

Lower testicular size denotes testicular atrophy. It is why your testosterone is low. A low testosterone level can affect both your quality of life and your health. It can cause fatigue, erectile dysfunction, depression and other emotional issues, insomnia, poor concentration, decreased bone density, and increase in body fat.
