Low memory power is very common now a days. If you want to increase your concentration you should do pranayam yoga and tratak yoga. Daily for 15 min. These have miraculous effects on memory. If you need some other help regarding medicines than you can contact me.

Start with manya and griva vasti procedure from panchkarma therapy. Some ayurvedic medicine (like yograj guggul) for pain etc.
