Hello Dr, I am a student. Sir from last 10 days not able to concentrate on my studies. So many thoughts come in mind. Feeling day by day mind unconscious hota ja rha h. I belong to a normal family. So many family issues. My father did so much for me. He had so much expectation from me. But in last exam I failed. He feel down. Har time mujhe pr gussa krte h. N har cheez ke liye vo mujhe responsible mate h. I tried my best. After 84 days I have exam. I am confident I will surely crack this time exam. But don't know from last 7 days i'm feeling too down. Padhai nahi kr pa rahi hun achchhe se. Lg rha h pagal ho jaungi. I'm trying to do study but nahi kr pa rahi please help me. Please Tell me solution ki kuch concentrate karu.

U r under tremendous stress. Try to relax urself otherwise ur performance will be affected. Try to relax yourself -- Exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce Your Caffeine Intake. Write It Down. Chew Gum.
