•I ,being a Homoeopath can suggest some recourse in homoeopathy, please.
•His diet be monitored ,restricting oxilates and phosphates.
•His anti hypertensive medication be monitored , properly.
•Give him homoeo medicines, underlying :
@ Berb vulgaris Q -10.drops x3 with 2tsfl of water.
@ Tribulus Q -10 drops x 3, simultaneously .
•Avoid , junk food, potatoes , spinach, milk, bananas.

3. No smoking/ tobacco/drugs/ avoid pollution
4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice. Less salt.

Motions- loose or hard?
Any discomfort in stomach?
Breathlessness?
Need details. In the meantime follow this
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like soaked almonds or any seasonal fruit. No biscuits or rusk.
2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of pea...more

You may do a bp chart at home like 2 or 3 recordings of bp in a week. Either you can measure your bp through electronic bp apparatus from home or record from nearby clinic. If it is stress related hypertension most of your home bp recording will be normal. In that case you don't need medication.
