you psychiatrist knows your diagnosis and treatment algorithms. Sizodon or quetiapine is given to augment fluoxetine and atomoxetine - not just for insomnia. They are given at low dose also. Still you need to make lifestyle changes to control your weight, sugar levels and other medical illnesses. (i don't know your age - but I know your weight as 104 kg). If the speech is different from others, then may be there is an additional problem other than adhd. It will require speech therapy if it is causing worry.
