Hi,, i'm 18 and I have been wondering lately if I have add/adhd. I started looking into it when a youtube I watch was explaining it (he is pretty open with his adhd) and I realized I have experienced a lot of the symptoms such as problems with object permanence, trouble focusing, mixing up/ repeating words or sentenced frequently, trouble focusing, for example when someone tells a story I often find myself zoning out multiple times, and of course short attention span and zoning out frequently as well as several others. I'm not sure if this is related but I also experience my leg bouncing with out my control. I am hope I have given you enough information to offer your insight and professional opinion.
