Working or not working does not change position of placenta and outcome, so work. Rest does not change also so no need for rest. Later with growth of different areas of uterus one may find position different. Most important if get bleeding must go to gynecologist immediately.

About 14 days into a person’s cycle, hormones trigger the release of an egg. During this secretory phase, endometrial thickness is at its greatest and can reach 16 mm. Pregnancy endometrial thickness is important in pregnancy. Healthcare experts link the best chances for a healthy, full-term pregnancy to an endometrium that is neither too thin nor too thick. This allows the embryo to implant successfully and receive the nutrition it needs. The endometrium gets thicker as the pregnancy progresses. How to measure ultrasound is the most common way to measure the thickness of the endometrium. Aminofit is a vitamin tablet. Arg9 is supposed to increase blood flow to uterus and help with baby growth and liquor, thought evidence is mixed. Make sure all investigations are done to find out cause for low AFI. If all causes are ruled out and everything is normal, no harm in taking the given medicines. If not, the cause needs to be sorted. Take care.

It can not shift but depending on growth of other area of uterus may not look as low as it is now. Time only will tell.

Do a urine pregnancy test. If positve, oofer antenatal care. If negative wait for oe more week. Stiil no periods, use progesterone to produce withdrawel periods.

•vaginal bleeding in the early pregnancy is common and does not always mean there is a problem. •however, bleeding can be a warning sign of a miscarriage and sometimes indicate “ectopic pregnancy” (baby develops outside the womb, usually inside the fallopian tubes) or “molar pregnancy” (rare condition where placenta develops abnormally). •you will usually be advised to do ultrasound scan if you have bleeding. Ultrasound will exclude the possibility of ectopic and molar pregnancy. •if ultrasound is normal (pregnancy inside the uterus and heart beat is present) and no cause for the bleeding has been found, then you need not worry. •in some women, the bleeding can continue off and on throughout the pregnancy. It may cause anxiety but usually often does not affect the baby. •if the bleeding is so heavy that your blood pressure drops, you collapse and your condition becomes severely ill, you need urgent hospital admission and may even need emergency treatment to stop the bleeding by taking out the baby. Please ensure that ultrasound is done before you take decision to end the pregnancy. •in that case, we may advise progesterone tablet/ gel/ injection, although whether it’s effective in keeping the pregnancy healthy or not, is not known exactly (“empirical treatment”). But progesterone is not harmful. Progesterone may be of benefit if you had miscarriage in previous pregnancy. So, please do usg for pregnancy urgently.
