These issues can be dealt with through medicines and relaxation exercises. Also, I suggest you consult an orthopedic doctor if you have muscle/ bone problems.

Hello, thanks for the query. The height of a person is dependent on parents height, nutrition in early childhood, regular exercise and sometimes hormonal factors. However the growth of long bones stops by 18 to 19 years. Hence after that age there's no chance of any further height increase. Thanks.

Please consult your physician to rule out any disease which may affect your growth as you have 3 more years for gaining height by indian stardards your height seems to be within normal range at this age height aldo depends on the height of parents take nutritious food do regular exercise and yoga do not smoke or take alcoho do not take any powder or magic medicines advertised for increasing height.

Hello, you have a good height already and you should be happy about it. However if you are still anxious about your height try these things, start taking a balanced diet and good sleep specially at night beccause that's when growth hotmone releases. Avoid stress as it releases stress hormones which inhibit growth hormones. Do moderate exercises and yoga daily. Specially walking, cycling, stretching, swimming, skipping etc. Take homoeopathic medicines for height increase. They are available online and are effective. All these will help if done regularly for six months or more.

Hi lybrate-user, do not get unduly disturbed about your height. A person's height depends on many factors. Normally one's height increases till 18 years but with exercises it can increase till about 20-21 years too. So take heart, you still have time. There are good homoeopathic medicines to increase height. Search online and take them. Take nutritious food. Certain yoga postures and exercises like cycling, swimming, are very good for increase in height. Do them regularly. A good sleep is a must for height increase and above all do not worry, bacause too much worry and stress will interfere with your growth hormones.

Tell the other value of hormones also like gnrh fsh and lh .u need proper invwstigation also .itmay be constitutional delay also may be due to some familial issue also.

Don't worry it should be increases as your age and height increase. Size of every organ is depends on your height . If you have 5ft height then size of penis is also in proportion of height. no one medicine can increase the length of penis , but you can increases the girth / thickness of penis. Use lingwardhan oil at bed time, apply on penis
