It looks like you have vitamin d deficiency and anaemia. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Shin pain after walking or running and minor pain in the calf muscles while walking is due to the low iron in the body. You need to take iron tablets or you can consume good diet for you to feel better.

We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. As soon as you notice exercise-related knee pain, ice the area and rest. Until your knee is pain-free, avoid activities that put stress on your patellar tendon. •strengthen your muscles. Strong thigh muscles are better able to handle the stresses that can cause patellar tendinitis. Eccentric exercises, which involve lowering your leg very slowly after extending your knee, are particularly helpful. •improve your technique. To be sure you're using your body correctly, consider taking lessons or getting professional instructions when starting a new sport or using exercise equipment. •therapy •a variety of physical therapy techniques can help reduce the symptoms associated with patellar tendinitis, including: •patellar tendon strap. A strap that applies pressure to your patellar tendon can help to distribute force away from the tendon and direct it through the strap instead. This may help relieve pain. •iontophoresis. Hi, You are suffering from iron deficiency Anemia. Sleepiness is one of the symptoms of Anemia. You would need to start iron and B-complex supplements given by your doctor. Foods that are rich source of iron- Garde cress seeds (Halim seeds), Leafy vegetables, Dates, Anjeer, Watermelon, Bajra etc. Foods that wil improve platelet count- Papaya leaf extract, Dragon fruit, Kiwi, Coconut water etc. Once you improve your diet and supplements you will feel better.

Get serum ferritin levels ,mcv and mchc, reticulocyte count. Your values are not very suggestive of iron deficiency anemia. In ida tibc should be 300 or more. Your rest values are in normal range but for now take iron + folic acid tablets tab mecobalamin od.

It is better to stop it and focus more on healthy diet and also take proper treatment to cure the cause of low HB. Otherwise the levels will soon go back down.

Hi, Anemia is when your hemoglobin is below 11 or 12. Dietary iron rich sources are Halim seeds (Soaked and had with lemon), Dark green leafy vegetables, Date, anjeer ,Red Poha, Bajra, Watermelon etc. Any other iron supplement can be tried like Dexorange or Raricap. Drink a glass of water every hour to avoid headaches.

Repeat the hemoglobin level and see if it has improved or not. Just taking supplements may not help. The levels may come down again when you will stop taking it. Take proper treatment to cure the root cause.
