Common treatment options for premature ejaculation include behavioral techniques, topical anesthetics, medications and counseling. Keep in mind that it might take time to find the treatment or combination of treatments that will work for you. Behavioral treatment plus drug therapy might be the most effective course. Behavioral techniques in some cases, therapy for premature ejaculation might involve taking simple steps, such as masturbating an hour or two before intercourse so that you're able to delay ejaculation during sex. Your doctor also might recommend avoiding intercourse for a period of time and focusing on other types of sexual play so that pressure is removed from your sexual encounters. Pelvic floor exercises male pelvic floor muscles weak pelvic floor muscles might impair your ability to delay ejaculation. Pelvic floor exercises (kegel exercises) can help strengthen these muscles. To perform these exercises: find the right muscles. to identify your pelvic floor muscles, stop urination in midstream or tighten the muscles that keep you from passing gas. These maneuvers use your pelvic floor muscles. Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, you can do the exercises in any position, although you might find it easier to do them lying down at first. Perfect your technique. tighten your pelvic floor muscles, hold the contraction for three seconds, and then relax for three seconds. Try it a few times in a row. When your muscles get stronger, try doing kegel exercises while sitting, standing or walking. Maintain your focus. for best results, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. Avoid holding your breath. Instead, breathe freely during the exercises. Repeat 3 times a day. aim for at least three sets of 10 repetitions a day. The pause-squeeze technique your doctor might instruct you and your partner in the use of a method called the pause-squeeze technique. This method works as follows: begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate. Have your partner squeeze the end of your penis, at the point where the head (glans) joins the shaft, and maintain the squeeze for several seconds, until the urge to ejaculate passes. Have your partner repeat the squeeze process as necessary. By repeating as many times as necessary, you can reach the point of entering your partner without ejaculating. After some practice sessions, the feeling of knowing how to delay ejaculation might become a habit that no longer requires the pause-squeeze technique. If the pause-squeeze technique causes pain or discomfort, another technique is to stop sexual stimulation just prior to ejaculation, wait until the level of arousal has diminished and then start again. This approach is known as the stop-start technique. Condoms condoms might decrease penis sensitivity, which can help delay ejaculation. "climax control" condoms are available over the counter. These condoms contain numbing agents such as benzocaine or lidocaine or are made of thicker latex to delay ejaculation. Examples include trojan extended, durex performax intense and lifestyles everlast intense. Medications topical anesthetics anesthetic creams and sprays that contain a numbing agent, such as benzocaine, lidocaine or prilocaine, are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation. These products are applied to the penis 10 to 15 minutes before sex to reduce sensation and help delay ejaculation. A lidocaine-prilocaine cream for premature ejaculation (emla) is available by prescription. Lidocaine sprays for premature ejaculation are available over-the-counter. Although topical anesthetic agents are effective and well-tolerated, they have potential side effects. For example, some men report temporary loss of sensitivity and decreased sexual pleasure. Sometimes, female partners also have reported these effects. Oral medications many medications might delay orgasm. Although none of these drugs are specifically approved by the food and drug administration to treat premature ejaculation, some are used for this purpose, including antidepressants, analgesics and phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. These medications might be prescribed for either on-demand or daily use, and might be prescribed alone or in combination with other treatments. Antidepressants. a side effect of certain antidepressants is delayed orgasm. For this reason, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (ssris), such as escitalopram (lexapro), sertraline (zoloft), paroxetine (paxil) or fluoxetine (prozac, sarafem), are used to help delay ejaculation. Of those approved for use in the united states, paroxetine seems to be the most effective. These medications usually take five to 10 days to begin working. But it might take two to three weeks of treatment before you'll see the full effect. If ssris don't improve the timing of your ejaculation, your doctor might prescribe the tricyclic antidepressant clomipramine (anafranil). Unwanted side effects of antidepressants might include nausea, perspiration, drowsiness and decreased libido. Analgesics. tramadol (ultram) is a medication commonly used to treat pain. It also has side effects that delay ejaculation. Unwanted side effects might include nausea, headache, sleepiness and dizziness. It might be prescribed when ssris haven't been effective. Tramadol can't be used in combination with an ssri. Phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors. some medications used to treat erectile dysfunction, such as sildenafil (viagra, revatio), tadalafil (cialis, adcirca) or vardenafil (levitra, staxyn), also might help premature ejaculation. Unwanted side effects might include headache, facial flushing and indigestion. These medications might be more effective when used in combination with an ssri.

Hi my age is 39 and for the last two years, I am on high bp medication. 2 years back I was regularly training in it with no issues. However, some times during hi it is used to feel out of breath but as soon as I stop and take a walk all turns normal. Nonetheless, I was always feared that someday this sob might go worst. One day after such out of breath experience and after talking 4 min. Rest I continued my hi it assuming it as a routine issue but sooner I restarted exercise I felt dizziness and got damn feared that today something would happen. I haphazardly rush for a home in fear and suddenly rapid breathing triggered. I got panicked and rushed for a hospital but doc found nothing suspicious in tmt, eco, ecostress, blood test, or any such test except raised bp. For 2-3 months I started turning winded even after few stairs, damn feared, and had fear of closed spaces. Situation recovered considerably since then; I do only outdoor fastwalk, for an hour, sometimes jog in chunks, do yoga and takes stairs with no sob but heavy breathing. My problems are that I am not able to run fast as when I increase my speed I feel that I am not able to breathe deeply (sometimes get sob for 10-15 seconds) but as soon I reduce intensity I get normal but heavy breathing. I used smart band and found my heart rate rise very quickly to 80-90% zone as I start increasing intensity. Pl, help me know why I am not able to run at my fun intensity.

Any medication can cause side effects, and high blood pressure (hbp) medications are no exception. However, many people do not have side effects from taking hypertension drugs, and often the side effects are mild. Still, it's important to stay informed. There are few exercise that may help to control your bp, 30 minutes of a morning workout can help you to lower bp. We cam have a detailed discussion to address your issue.

Hi there ,you have two problems 1 is back pain and 2nd is shortness of breath upon heavy exertion and both can be managed easily with proper awareness and education. Most of back pain is mechanical and can be cured with just posture correction. Make sure that when ever you sit you sit straight and with back tight. Avoid heavy weight lifting and bending. Do back extension exercise regularly three times a day. And more time when you are in pain. About jogging as you mentioned you had just started so it will be get better and better as you continue. Initially everyone faces same problem. However you can start with brisk walk or even simple walk and can increase speed gradually. Also drink more water for your cramp problem avoid junk food and take proper diet with proper minerals. All the best for your health Thank you

Doctor can I take clonotril 0.25 mg in day time and depran10 at the night time. For anxiety.
Some anxiety is a normal part of life. It’s a byproduct of living in an often-chaotic world. Anxiety isn’t all bad, though. It makes you aware of danger, motivates you to stay organized and prepared, and helps you calculate risks. Still, when anxiety becomes a daily struggle, it’s time to act before it snowballs. Unchecked anxiety may greatly impact your quality of life. Take control by trying out the ideas below. 1. Stay active regular exercise is good for your physical and emotional health. Regular exercise works as well as medication to ease anxiety for some people. And it’s not just a short-term fix; you may experience anxiety relief for hours after working out. 2. Don’t drink alcohol alcohol is a natural sedative. Drinking a glass of wine or a finger of whiskey when your nerves are shot may calm you at first. Once the buzz is over, however, anxiety may return with a vengeance. If you rely on alcohol to relieve anxiety instead of treating the root of the problem, you may develop alcohol dependence. 3. Stop smoking smokers often reach for a cigarette during stressful times. Yet, like drinking alcohol, taking a drag on a cigarette when you’re stressed is a quick fix that may worsen anxiety over time. Researchtrusted source has shown that the earlier you start smoking in life, the higher your risk of developing an anxiety disorder later. Research also suggests nicotine and other chemicals in cigarette smoke alter pathways in the brain linked to anxiety. 4. Ditch caffeine if you have chronic anxiety, caffeine is not your friend. Caffeine may cause nervousness and jitters, neither of which is good if you’re anxious. Research has shown caffeine may cause or worsen anxiety disorders. It may also cause panic attacks in people with panic disorder. In some people, eliminating caffeine may significantly improve anxiety symptoms. 5. Get some sleep insomnia is a common symptom of anxiety. Make sleep a priority by: •only sleeping at night when you’re tired •not reading or watching television in bed •not using your phone, tablet, or computer in bed •not tossing and turning in your bed if you can’t sleep; get up and go to another room until you feel sleepy •avoiding caffeine, large meals, and nicotine before bedtime •keeping your room dark and cool •writing down your worries before going to bed •going to sleep at the same time each night 6. Meditate a main goal of meditation is to remove chaotic thoughts from your mind and replace them with a sense of calm and mindfulness of the present moment. Meditation is known for relieving stress and anxiety. Research from john hopkins suggests 30 minutes of daily meditation may alleviate some anxiety symptoms and act as an antidepressant. 7. Eat a healthy diet low blood sugar levels, dehydration, or chemicals in processed foods such as artificial flavorings, artificial colorings, and preservatives may cause mood changes in some people. A high-sugar diet may also impact temperament. If your anxiety worsens after eating, check your eating habits. Stay hydrated, eliminate processed foods, and eat a healthy diet rich in complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables, and lean proteins. 8. Practice deep breathing shallow, fast breathing is common with anxiety. It may lead to a fast heart rate, dizziness or lightheadedness, or even a panic attack. Deep breathing exercises — the deliberate process of taking slow, even, deep breaths — can help restore normal breathing patterns and reduce anxiety. 9. Try aromatherapy share on pinterest aromatherapy uses fragrant essential oils to promote health and well-being. The oils may be inhaled directly or added to a warm bath or diffuser. Studies have shown that aromatherapy:

Erectile dysfunction (ed) is a condition in which man has trouble in keeping or getting an erection. It is a common male sexual dysfunction. It becomes more common as you get older but it is not a part of aging. Mechanism of erection an erection starts in the brain. Physical and mental stimulation is required for an erection to begin. This stimulation causes nerves in the brain to send chemical messages to nerves which are present in the penis which results in the free flow of blood into the penis. This leads to high pressure in the penis which in turn traps the blood within both corpora cavernosa and then the penis expand. This causes the penis to sustain an erection. When the inflow of blood is stopped, then it opens outflow channels and then penis becomes soft. Then an erection is said to be reversed. Causes of erectile dysfunction erection is a complex process which involves hormones, brain, emotions, muscles, nerves and blood vessels. Problem with any one of these can lead to erectile dysfunction. Sometimes stress and mental health can also lead to erectile dysfunction. Combination of physical and psychological issues can lead to erectile dysfunction.
