Hi my age is 39 and for the last two years, I am on high bp medication. 2 years back I was regularly training in it with no issues. However, some times during hi it is used to feel out of breath but as soon as I stop and take a walk all turns normal. Nonetheless, I was always feared that someday this sob might go worst. One day after such out of breath experience and after talking 4 min. Rest I continued my hi it assuming it as a routine issue but sooner I restarted exercise I felt dizziness and got damn feared that today something would happen. I haphazardly rush for a home in fear and suddenly rapid breathing triggered. I got panicked and rushed for a hospital but doc found nothing suspicious in tmt, eco, ecostress, blood test, or any such test except raised bp. For 2-3 months I started turning winded even after few stairs, damn feared, and had fear of closed spaces. Situation recovered considerably since then; I do only outdoor fastwalk, for an hour, sometimes jog in chunks, do yoga and takes stairs with no sob but heavy breathing. My problems are that I am not able to run fast as when I increase my speed I feel that I am not able to breathe deeply (sometimes get sob for 10-15 seconds) but as soon I reduce intensity I get normal but heavy breathing. I used smart band and found my heart rate rise very quickly to 80-90% zone as I start increasing intensity. Pl, help me know why I am not able to run at my fun intensity.

Yes I am quite a lazy person. So I started jogging 3 nights before. Noticed that within the first few minutes I get short of breathe and have difficulty in breathing and get tired as if I am going to faint so I stopped every night and did some exercises and came back home. Hi there ,you have two problems 1 is back pain and 2nd is shortness of breath upon heavy exertion and both can be managed easily with proper awareness and education. Most of back pain is mechanical and can be cured with just posture correction. Make sure that when ever you sit you sit straight and with back tight. Avoid heavy weight lifting and bending. Do back extension exercise regularly three times a day. And more time when you are in pain. About jogging as you mentioned you had just started so it will be get better and better as you continue. Initially everyone faces same problem. However you can start with brisk walk or even simple walk and can increase speed gradually. Before tht my water bag got break. My doc diagnosed tht I have incompetent cervix so I wil need stitches in future. Afer one year of 1st misscarige on april 2019 I got conceive again bt with help of ovashield 50 mg. Both time I need tablet for my second pregnancy I was on complete bed rest nd I was given hucog5000 injection weekly I also had given bharaglobe injection aftr 21 days of interval. I was on duphaston, susten gastric tablet. Bt at 11 weeks I had some amionitic gluid leakage with bleeding and sharp pain I got admitted in sonography baby was fine so doc made stop my bleeding nd pain with help of sylate and pause injection. After 21 days of thz I went for routine checkup she said I need stitches becz according to her my cervix remain open from beginning time of my conceiving she said tht she can easily insert two fingers in my cervix cervix remain open so she suggested me to have cervical stich so I agreed bt afr putting carcealga she said that baby was too low in uterus so she pushed fetus with machine nd then took stich bt anything can happen. Aftr 20 days of cartilage procedure I had severe labour pain I got admitted where after some time little bleeding also get assured. Whole night I suffered frm pain in morning she came and checked internally nd said tht baby made tear the stitches nd his feet is out of the cervix so she induce labour nd my baby came out at 16 week nd was alive for 15 minutes. I lost my second healthy pregnancy just before one week which ws cmpltly heart breaking 4 me. My doc said tht your uterus does not accept pregnancy it throw out pregnancy what does it mean how someones uterus can nt accept pregnancy nd how it can be thrown out of uterus? From your description, it appears you have an incompetent cervix. It is advisable to do cervical encirclage in early pregnancy as early as 9 weeks to prevent future miscarriage and also to take progesterone throughout pregnancy.
