Shoulder injuries are very common in bowlers. You might have developed a rotator cuff injury or an impingement syndrome. The treatment of this is pain relieving modalities. Take frequent cold packs, tens and ultrasonic therapy. Once pain decreases start with shoulder strengthening exercises. These are must if you want to play again. It might take 15 days to a month to get better. So have patience and comply with the treatment. And don't play when you have pain. Also at home do icing three to four times on the affected shoulder.
