I am a 17 years old boy and I have no personality. I have no pack abs and nothing more. I am so weak that I cannot do push ups. Whenever I tries to start pushup I feel pain in my shoulders. I am doing sit ups and scouts daily about 25 and do yoga but it does not work. How can I improve my immune power and personality please suggest me.

Hello When you start exercises recently pain in shoulder and body occurs. Its normal don;t worry regarding this. Stamina of body improve slowly slowly. you should take protien and carbohydrate rich diet. You can also take food suppliments availabe as a wieght gain packaage.
