Hi lybrate-user There could be many reason of weight gain. To lose weight we need to focus upon some basic food plan like cutting down on grains and sugar exm. Chapati, rice, bread, potato. Hi lybrate-user, As you said your height is 6 feet and weight is 70 kg. It is fine according to your height, you need not to loose weight. But as you said, you are in desk job from last 2 years. Your body would be getting bulky. We need to add an exercise Session in your daily routine .Initially you can contribute only 20 minutes/day. Do Planks and Side Planks (3 set of 20 sec. And gradually increase the holding time .upto 2 minutes) followed by interval running. Consume overnight soak 1 spoon jeera in a glass of water (Lukewarm, as first thing in the morning)
