My problem is I have a saggy body my skin is very loose and I am just 26 years old. It's due to I had sudden loss of weight after my delivery. So now I can see one option and it is only body lifting. Please help.

Start doing yoga for atleast one hour daily,drink plenty of water and start taking dashmoolarishth 20ml twi e daily after meal with equal water.

If you have normal delivery then u can start some exercises and yoga after 3 months. Exercise will help to tone the muscles which will reduce saggyness.
Take enough proteins and antioxidants rich diet.
