It's been two years since I am married. Now we are planning for a baby. In this last two years we never had any intercourse. We used to do orgasm. Recently we had a intercourse which lasted for two mins or so. I want to know whether sperm comes out while doing intercourse or not. And also does this regular orgasm affects sex life.

yes sexual intercourse even for two mins does allow sperm to enter the female genital tract. Suggest you should have a regular sexual life in order to conceive, rather than masturbation.
