Hello.. .. it's due to bad effects of sun rays.. . do these:- 1. use good spf sunscreen daily before going out. repeat it after 3-4 hrs if you are going outside.... 2. wash your face with some curd and turmeric powder 2-3 times a week. take 3 spoons of curd and a punch pinch of turmeric. mix it and apply on face for 10 mins. after this wash face with plain water . 3. apply aloe Vera gel at night time. 4. It's all because Of pigmentation due to sunlight, also called as tanning. You can apply ointment Ban Tan on your hands and feet at night. Apply a sunscreen lotion of atleast 25 spf whichever suits you. If possible use umbrella and full sleeves wherever possible to avoid direct sunlight on skin. Hope that helps.
