My niece had a cesarean baby last year ,she again conceived. Is there any way of abortion?

Ideally it should have been a three years gap after first caesarian to go for next pregnancy as uterus is still fragile and sensitive to take a risk of another stretching during pregnancy, like wise getting abortion done is equally risky as contractions do occur during the process of expulsion of foetus, however you may provide us with all the reports and do a private consultation to advise you further.
