Dear first of all most urgent requirement is that you visit dental surgeon for check up and we will do full mouth check up to find out the cause of this reduced opening ,as there can be many reasons for this can be erupting last molar tooth or some infection in mouth .second most important is your habits ,chewing paan tobacco ,gutka or smoking. If you have any of these habits ,this can result in reduced mouth opening. This is essential for diagnosis and treatment planning. You need to get an OPG X- ray done to arrive at a definitive diagnosis ,and the treatment can be started .You will be fine soon after treatment as there are treatment available for each problem .kindly do as advised and sent me the reports and will be able to guide and treat you as required. Wish you early recovery and comfortable life.
Quit habits strictly. Seems like you have oral submucous fibrosis (OSMF). Kindly consult an oral & maxillo facial surgeon in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need conservative or surgical management for mouth opening depending upon the stage of OSMF .Advise full mouth opening, ballooning exercise & side to side movement of the jaw.
