For the past two years am getting dreams in my sleep in a rapid way. The problem is I get dreams even in my naps. Worst part is that I get dreams for even 2 minute sleeps. Is there any prob .even I could remember 30 percent of my dreams by morning IS IT A PROBLEM.

Dear user. You should learn about dreams first. Dream comes when you are not sleeping sound. Dream comes in the initial stages of your sleep and at the end stages of your sleep when your sleep is not so deep. You could get dreams when you are dozing or napping because these are not deep sleep. The more you worry about dreams, the more you are going to be anxious. Dreams has nothing to do with past, present or future. Ignore the dreams. Take care.
