I am suffering from yellow teeth, while daily I clean my tooth. Some people have cleaned tooth from dentist they were complaining now they have feeling cold in tooth while drinking cold water. Please suggest how can I clean my tooth.

In some cases Cleaning cause sensitivity but only for few days. After Scaling When deposits get removed from gum line of tooth, it could cause mild sensitivity. Reason is, that area becomes empty till your gums heal, so there are few steps you have to follow after cleaning. ;massage your gums and teeth with desensitizing tooth paste for 5 minutes. Then brush with soft brush in circular motion. Brush very softly. Rinse your mouth with warm salt water after every meal. Brush twice daily. So Visit a dentist and get cleaning done.

Hello, yellow teeth could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

After tooth cleaning you often feel sensitivity to cold water coz the tooth area which was covered by calculys and debris is now clean. There dentist must have advised proper medicines and mouthwash for them. Like them you can also go to a dentist and get scaling done if needed otherwise he might suggest you the other options like bleaching or the proper brushing technique whichever is required. He might adk you to avoid certain food items which might be causing stains.
