Get her checked for any pieces which might have been retained.
She has miscarried today only.
Give her at least 5 days time to expel pieces on its own minus medicines
tablet methergin twice daily is standard dose to control bleeding but due to effect of medicine (it shrinks the uterus), some pieces can be left in uterus
do give her a course of antibiotics ASAP- Ampicillin / Septran twice daily. Dose is double or single will depend on her weight.

Consult your gynecologist immediately .as 14 wks baby is fully formed. Will be delivered with pain and bleeding. Sometimes bits of placenta remains inside, leading to heavy bleeding. May need hospitalization and dnc.
