Approximately 3-4 kgs one can reduce. But it varies individual to individual you can start with any physically activity like running ,morning walk for 30-40 minutes. Take barley water 1-2 glass ,any one fruit like Orange ,Apple, Guava etc. You can eat oats+milk, brown bread toast in your breakfast. Take green leafy vegetable, sprouts,seasonal fruits etc. Take butter milk. Take green tea two time during the day like one cup evening time and one cup after dinner. These thing you can avoid like junk and spicy food, rice,potato, sugar,alcohol, smoking,etc. Water intake properly.
