Hi my weight is 67 kgs I want to loose my weight but I can not control diet pls suggest sum drinks I have tried green tea but it can not help me suggest pls.

Only drinks can not reduce the weight. Along with the exercise diet protocol is necessary. Have dinner before 8p.m. and have breakfst at 8a.m. , Lunch should be at 1p.m. Avoid bread, corns, potatoes and wheat. Take rice, jowar and nachani in your diet. Avoid junk , fermented and stale food.
