Hello Lybrate User, Don't use weight gaining product found in market they contain a lot of sugar, not very helpful. People became skinny or fat because of genes in human body. There are few steps that can help you gain hand weight - * Eat�more calories a day, including protein. Start by gradually increasing�your food intake. Add Soya bean, Milk and Eggs in your food diet. * Aerobic exercise 15 to 30 minutes 3 times a week. * Compound exercises like pull ups and very heavy weight. 5-10 reps for 3 sets for Strength Training. * Arm exercises include hammer curls, preacher curls, concentration curls, triceps dips, overhead extensions, pullups, pushups, flyes and triceps kickbacks. Include eggs, lentils and soyabean in the food basket and supplement them with lot of milk. Though any milk will do, buffalo milk is better. 2.
