I can not control myself towards seeing porn and whenever I see it I do masturbation. I have tried many time to control this habit but I never got any success. So please help me for controlling this habit because this is really a very bad habit.

The problem lies not in watching porn but to know that whether you are neglecting your day day to work to do that. If it is an addiction you need tgerpy and may be medication.

Hello, Block access to porn. Masturbate without watching porn, but only when you are excited and not as a habit. You have not mentioned since how long you have been doing this, hence, in general, it will take 3 months to break this habit. Masturbation is not bad unless you do it compulsively. Best of luck.
