My son is 25 yrs. He is not getting sleep at night. He gets sleep only after 4 am or even late. He sleeps till 12 pm next day. How can I regulate his sleep.

You have to break the cycle. Sleep at 11pm. After taking hot milk with with dates or figs. It induces sleep. Must avoid late hours--watching tv//using net//mobile//laptop till late. Initially will be difficult --but he has to follow for better sleep. Feel free to ask privately for more suggestions.
