Stay physically active and take small portions of meal every 3 hours, avoid junk and fried foods, basically don't put on weight so take high protein and low fat and low carb diet, keep a check on your thyroid and prolactin levels, and in case you get irregular periods see a gynaecologist for regularising your cycles, avoid OCP.
