Dear lybrateuser, - Your fasting blood sugar level is high, it is better to avoid fruits like banana, chikoo, mangoes & grapes which have a high content of natural sugars & raise the blood sugar levels - preferably take citrus fruits which have fibre & very less sugars.

It is slightly high. You can eat bananas. Cut down your extra calories in form of junk food and include thirty minutes of exercise in your daily schedule to keep sugar in check.
