I am preparing government jobs, have interested but concentration is so weak. So please give some important tips.

Hi, for improving memory power & concentration you should take fresh vegetables, healthy fats & avoid sugar and grain carbohydrates. Do regular Exercise it improve blood flow to the brain. Stop Multitasking Do meditation at least for 10- 15 minutes daily. Take adequate sleep at least 8-10 hours. Play brain games daily at least for 20 minutes.
