Chew kokam/ garcinia fruit if possible. Maintain oral hygiene by brushing ur teeth twice a day. Apply ghee in the mouth. Avoid tobacco and spicy food intake. U may gargle with the help of coconut oil for 2 minutes and then throw it. All this will help.
