My hand skin get dry mostly in summer season on fingers small boils and because of dryness some parts get itchy and dead skin come out. Rest seson also same problem but last moth I have seen small boils all over on my both hands is it exsima my doctr gave me one topisal 6 % it will hill temporary. Want final solution for this because i'm suffering this from long time.
