Hello. I am 4 months pregnant n still I am suffering from nausea morning sickness n lost 6 kg of Weight .i m still completely on bed unable to do any work n unable to eat anything due to vomiting .is it normal.

Hello, Nausea and vomitting in the initial trimester is quite common. Start your day by having ginger tea,that will help you. Avoid consuming milk early mornings. Dont lie down immediately after food. Small portions of meals will help and drink lots of water throughout the day.
