I have been suffering from two problems. Firstly I have developed this weird pain in my central abdomen which comes whenever I try to burp or when I move a lot. The second problem is that I feel tight/heavy/pulling sensation in my right abdomen near my right lower liver. I'm really scared that it's something serious. My doctor told me not to worry but since he is my close uncle I fear he isn't telling me something. A little history- I fell sick with a viral infection then I recovered then I had a malarial Typhoid relapse which was bad. This was around 2 months. Some help :(
