Being a type 2 diabetic, can I have mutton once a week/ fortnight. Or what is preferable. Chicken or fish.

Hi Chicken (skinless) and fish is best for diabetics. They are rich in proteins. Mutton should be avoided because though it has proteins in it, cholesterol is high and excess intake can increase cholesterol levels.

Hello Sir, Chicken and fish both are very good sources of protein. I would advise you to take them instead of mutton if possible. Take skinless chicken. Thank you
