Last 4 days before my girlfriend feel horny then she used a pen to inside her vagina its not a first time, after doing this she is fine bt last 2 days she is in pain :(last night she ok. Bt today morning onwards she feel so painful. So, plzz me suggest me ani medicine or talk to me then I will explain very well, or help me. Its urgent.

Maybe she had a vaginal tear which is very painful. If it gets infected it will be still more painful. Take her to a nearby gyne immediately. She will examine the region and do the needful. Dont delay expecting online medicines and cure. This requires personal examination, by a colposcope (the one which views vagina). All the best
