The feeling of hunger and appetite are controlled by hormones inside the body. Hormones such as insulin, leptin , ghrelin plays a role in making you feel full ( satiety) and making you feel hungry. Some tips to make you feel full in a healthy way is to :
1. Include more proteins in your diet.
2. Include lot of fibre in your diet.
3. Include healthy fats in the form of nuts such as almonds, walnuts
These tips will make you feel full and to gain weight.
