You should have a normal balanced food and mild exercise regularly. Have atleast 500 ml milk extra if you are feeding. Take extra proteins like soya, eggs, cheese,poultry etc. Don't indulge into extra calories if you are already overweight. Eating extra calories post pregnancy is the gateway to obesity .All the best.
