There must b spasm in your neck muscles. Try taking hot foamentation n neck mobility exercises. I.e move your neck up n down in slow motion, sideways n rotation but slowly. N shoulder shrugging exs. If you feel better dan fine or else visit a Physio.

Dear lybrate user, this could b bcoz of a muscle spasm or an early stage of spondilitis. Try to keep ur back and neck straight. Limit use of electronic gadgets like tv, mobile, pc, laptop.
