Hello doctor mere grandfather heart ke patient hai. Onki bypass surgery hoi aa. Bypass surgery ko 7 years ho gye aa. Abb onke guttno me bahut pain hota aa, doctors kehte aa k guttno me gap hai. What is the solution for this and is it can be treated by operation.

osteoarthritis is a common problem at this age. patients should take calcium and vit d in the required amount, continue to walk as complete immobility worsens the problem. use western toilet (guthne mod kar na baithen). there are certain medications that can help but if the gap is big and he has severe osteoarthritis surgery will help.
