I often get unnecessary thoughts come to my mind and it would make not wake up ,thoughts try to pull back me to sleep again so could not get up early. How can we control over thought process. Especial night dreams that we get some time it see to real and feel I am real world but actual I am in a dream.

First of all read a neutral book before sleeping each night, some material which is not provoking emotionally. After that do deep breathing exercise while lying down. It will improve.
