Apply Clobenate GM cream any time you feel any itching or discomfort and especially after having a bath. Try to keep yourself clean and wear clean and fresh clothing (drying them in direct sunlight is beneficial as it kills any bacteria left on them). However, If the problem persists I suggest you to consult your health care provider or a dermatologist.
